Account Manager

We are a dynamic, value-driven promotional products distributor that believes in creative problem-solving, strong relationships, and delivering quality solutions. We’re looking for a Account Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and relationship-building while managing a book of business with an established client base.

This is a full-time (hybrid after 90 days) position in our office in beautiful North Charleston, SC.

Base Salary: Up to $75,000 annually based on experience – plus an aggressive commission structure.

• Proven experience in the promotional products industry or a strong background in branded merchandise, corporate gifting, or marketing.
• A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication and client service skills.
• Strong project management abilities with a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for creative branding solutions and problem-solving.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring top-notch service and proactive account management.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Identify opportunities for organic account growth by understanding client needs and presenting creative, value-driven solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of promotional product trends, branding solutions, and industry best practices.
• Work cross-functionally with our operations and creative teams to bring clients’ branding visions to life.

• Summer Hours and Holiday Closure: Our office closes early on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is closed between Christmas and New Years.
