As a newly planned community, Summer’s Corner came to us with the initial challenge of amplifying awareness of the project within its community and surrounding areas to drive future sales. As the project came to fruition, the goal was to continue to drive ownership sales and real estate agent referrals but also to now connect, engage and help foster the community of new homeowners.
We worked with their marketing team to create activations, events, and gifts alongside agent referral contests. Items were designed with the natural and nature-focused aesthetic of the brand. Materials like burlap, natural canvas, wheat, and wood were branded in their pms colors with brand assets and additional designs geared toward specific activations. For instance, the canvas backpack dawning travel icons were gifted to agents winning the “Passport” referral contest. The bags included gift cards, passport covers, travel literature, and a monetary gift towards a travel package and trip. Etched wood oyster knives were given to new homeowners at one of the first community events – an oyster roast. Wheat drinkware, market totes, burlap koozies, and apparel are continually sold and used to promote the on-site community farmers market.
Residents, agents, and the Summer’s Corner team fell in love with the range of useful items, look, feel, and design of the merch created. They also loved that the karstpromo. team works collaboratively with them to consistently ensure they have useful, on-brand items that elevate their marketing events, agenda, and goals.
